Vitamin E is a stupendous anti-aging vitamin; there’s no doubt about that. However, while you may have heard of Vitamin E’s stellar reputation as an anti-aging vitamin, you may not be too sure of what it specifically can do for you. Have you noticed your skin starting to sag? Vitamin E can help with that! Are there lines and wrinkles on your skin that you want to be banished from existence? Use Vitamin E? Is your skin uneven, patchy, or discolored? Vitamin E may just be what you need!

If you have skin issues related to aging or skin tone, there’s a good chance that Vitamin E can address them. Keep reading to learn 8 Vitamin E remedies you can use to firm up your skin and fade unevenness of skin. Vitamin E can be found in an abundant amount of natural foods, but to keep things simple, all of the remedies found below contain Vitamin E oil.

1. Vitamin E Oil Paste to Fade Lines & Wrinkles

Vitamin E is perhaps best known for being an antioxidant, which is vital for your skin’s health and youthful look. The primary function of antioxidants is to eliminate free radicals in your skin. Free radicals can negatively impact your skin and damage your skin cells. Specifically, free radicals can cause skin issues such as unevenness, dark spots, and wrinkles to occur. Since our body cannot deal with free radicals by themselves, we need to use antioxidants to get rid of them. You can eat foods that are rich in Vitamin E, but a lot of people choose to apply Vitamin E-rich natural ingredients such as Vitamin E oil and avocados on their skin, which is a wonderful idea. When you use free radicals to reduce the number of free radicals in your body, you are also helping your body produce skin that is more youthful and even.

Ingredients

10 drops of Vitamin E oil

12 drops of fresh orange juice

1 tbsp. of corn flour

Brewed green tea, as needed

Instructions

Mix the Vitamin E oil, orange juice, and corn flour together. Add enough green tea to the mixture until you get a paste.

Apply and leave the paste on for 12 to 15 minutes.

Wash the paste off with warm water. Follow with your toner, serum, and lotion.

Use 1 to 2 times a week.

“I really love this whole entire line; I literally want to try every single one of these sprays because I love them. If you are anybody with any kind of skin type, I really feel like this is for you.”

2. Vitamin E Oil Remedy for a More Even Skin Tone

Because of Vitamin E’s impressive antioxidant power, you can also use this vitamin to diminish skin dullness and unevenness. Free radicals can also cause skin discoloration and patchiness, so eliminating free radicals in your skin with antioxidants can help you even out your skin tone and brighten your skin. Turmeric, a staple in Ayurveda, is also known for its high antioxidant potential.

12 drops of Vitamin E oil

¼ tsp. of turmeric powder

1 tbsp. of mashed sweet potato
