Apsara Skin Care Return Policy: 100% refund will be made when the products purchased from www.apsaraskincare.com are returned within 15 days of delivery to the customer. Delivery date is determined by using the tracking number used to ship the order to the customer. Customer bears the shipping cost incurred to mail the product back to Apsara Skin Care, Inc.

Apsara Skin Care return policy for the Apsara Acne Care Routine is full refund within 45 days of purchase. This is a limited time offer and can be ceased at anytime. 100% refund will be made when the Apsara Acne Care Routine (complete routine) purchased from www.apsaraskincare.com is returned within 45 days of delivery to the customer. Delivery date is determined by using the tracking number used to ship the order to the customer. Customer bears the shipping cost incurred to mail the product back to Apsara Skin Care, Inc. The date of mailing the products back to us is determined by the shipping carrier's date stamped on the package. Customers can ask for a store credit instead of a refund. For both refund and/or store credit, the Acne Care Routine must be returned per rules stipulated above.
